Incheon, South Korea | Volume Export Project of DC Fans Paired with Smart Electric Clothes Racks

As a core hub of China–Korea cross-border trade, Incheon is dominated by compact high-rise apartments and small mixed-use suites, where residents commonly face narrow balconies, damp clothes that are hard to dry during the rainy season, and dust-mite problems. Local home-appliance distributors had long been looking for an all-in-one smart drying device with an ultra-thin appearance, quiet drying and suitability for narrow Korean balconies, together with strict standards on the low noise, energy efficiency, stability and durability of the drying fan built into the rack. After comparing many suppliers, they chose Dehuan Electronics as their exclusive manufacturer.

Combining Korean home aesthetics with the local climate, Dehuan customized two complete smart clothes-rack models for the project — the LY1053S/1051S in Starlight Silver and Gunmetal Gray — paired with self-developed dedicated DC drying fans: 1. Overall adaptation: the body adopts an ultra-thin flush-ceiling design suited to small Korean balconies, equipped with offline voice control, touch-to-stop safety protection, and UV mite-removal and sterilization. The DC control system features power-failure protection and runs without an open flame, meeting Korean home-decoration safety standards. 2. Dedicated fan customization: a cross-flow DC blower is built into the rack with a lowered operating decibel level, wide-voltage support for Korean power standards, stable temperature control and low energy consumption, avoiding high-temperature faults during long drying cycles. 3. Localization: bilingual markings on the control interface, mounting accessories matched to Korean-standard ceiling specifications, complete installation drawings and multilingual after-sales manuals, with efficient batch shipment through the China–Korea "four-port linkage" logistics channel.

The first batch order was delivered smoothly to the Incheon distributor, covering supporting projects for newly built apartments, homestay rooms and small resorts in Incheon. With quiet air-drying, efficient sterilization and a minimalist look, the products quickly opened up the local market and repeat orders kept growing. The failure rate of the built-in DC fans was far lower than that of comparable local components, greatly reducing the distributor's after-sales maintenance costs. The two sides reached a three-year strategic long-term supply cooperation, with products also reaching home channels in major Korean cities such as Seoul and Busan.
